This first meeting to introduce each other and the work (15 min) completely free of charge and not binding! During this first introduction we will discuss what brings you to temperalapis, what possibilities we have to work together with non clinical healing art and finally aspects like materials, payments and our possible appointments. This is an introduction talk with me.
No previous artistic experience or fancy art materials needed, come as you are! The meeting will take place on Zoom
1:1 art therapy session
Individual session - 50 min, 75 min on request
After the first introduction meeting we will finally get to experiment with all the tools of creative healing. Through art I will walk with you in your own unexplored landscape, allowing you to explore your own potential for healing where it’s most needed. In this single session we could work with painting, drawing, sculpting and collage. The body knows best and we will listen closely to what it has to say. You are your own best expert!
According to your needs and interests we could opt for a single or extended session, allowing more time to work with fairy tales, myths, legends and creative dreamwork.

Sensory Walks
Individual session - 80 Minutes
Spring and Summer make it easier to meet outdoor. Join me for a 1:1 sensory walk and creative time outside!
We can meet in Donauinsel 1220 or in Augarten in 1020 in Vienna. How it could look like: sensory check in, short grounding meditation, orientation with “what is” in nature and how we resonate with it, time for art making, reflection time.
This is an offer for you if you find it easier to walk and talk, or you prefer an informal setting to connect with yourself, or you find yourself often indoor. No experience with art required.
This offer is possible also in (partial) silence.
Organizational: simple art materials will be provided. We will meet directly in the park. In case of rain the appointment will take place in my studio in Vienna 1060. Timing: 90 minutes looping back to the entrance of the park.
When: individual sessions bookable every Monday Morning between 9:00 and 14:30. Other days and locations on demand. For small groups please enquire!
